W9 Forms   SC Productions requires a current W9 Form on file before you can pick up your winning prize money.  We need a new one each year.  Checks that are not picked up at the show are mailed out Monday after each event as long as we have a W9 Form on File.  You can Mail it see address above, Or Email it to scvarpness@hotmail.com  OR Facebook message it to me at Casey Lorenz-Varpness OR fill one out in the show office 


Vendors
Selling a product or providing a service at any SC Productions Events requires approval and fee.  Anyone reported to the show office for selling products or providing a service without approval will result in disquaification.
